I have a confession: it's taking a lot for me to get my ass into gear. I was off from work yesterday with no plans and it took my boyfriend to convince me, ME, to go to Crossfit. I didn't want to do a damn thing (as I did on Tuesday & Wednesday). I did go and my boyfriend was right: I did feel better as a result. The WOD was challenging: 30 cleans, 30 front squats and 30 push presses: 15 min AMRAP. I did one full set at 55lbs.
I am carrying 20 extra pounds and as a result feel sluggish. I don't run (LAZY ASS!) often. I'm actually afraid to start because I know I'm going to be winded after the first mile. Ughhhhhhhhh
Okay, venting done. Goals: ehh, sure. We all have goals. I don't feel like listing them.
