Oh Isabel..

Yesterday’s WOD should not have been TOO difficult for me, but I just wasn't feeling it. The warm up kept me on my toes (1 minute dead lifts, 1 minute cleans, 1 minute split jerks, 1 min rest repeat 2 more times using only a 45lb bar). 
The WOD: ISABEL: 30 Snatches for time. The RX for women: 95lbs. Well, there was NO WAY IN HELL that was going to happen (at least not yet), so instead of settling for 55-65lbs, I went with 45lbs. Yep, I needed an easy night..maybe not needed, okay, so I wanted an easy night. I did Isabel in just over 2 minutes (at a light weight). Hmmm..maybe next time I’ll aim for 1:30 or 2:08 at 55lbs.
