Kettlebell Swing to Clean Press

was NOT easy! Friday's WOD was a 10 min EMOM: 5  burpees followed by a single-arm kettle bell swing to clean press. I had bruises on both arms from that damn KB. Okay, enough complaining. Truthfully, I enjoyed that WOD. It was different and I felt strong. On another good note, I've lost 4lbs. I have been eating healthier and doing more cardio (which is what my body really needs). I love Crossfit, but it's the cardio that's going to get rid of this fat! :)
