I haven’t been this heavy since HS..that’s right HS! (Which was a
very long time ago). I met with a registered dietician to help me get
back on track.
Confession: I am so ashamed that I felt the need to
see a RD. As a personal trainer & running coach, I should NOT be in
need of dietary assistance. Clearly, I do. I weighed in at 164lbs.
Wow…reading that is worse than seeing it on a scale. lol
There’s a gluten-thyroid connection. I have an underactive thyroid
and as of late, have been feeling very tired, very early. Apparently,
gluten plays a role in this so I will be going gluten free for the next 4
weeks starting on Wed (I have an awesome casserole my boyfriend made in
the fridge. I’m not letting that go!)
So, no alcohol, no sugar, NO gluten. I want to be 138lbs again. I would like to feel good as 7pm. I want to feel human again.
